We at Pack N Fun Collectibles strive to give you the best experience we can when opening products for you during the live stream, as well as with shipping your products and we try to provide the best protection for your products to ensure a safe delivery, however we understand that things out of our control may happen.

Shipping & Info

Orders generally ship on the next business day, once your payment for shipping is confirmed. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and up to date. Pack N Fun Collectibles will not be responsible for errors in shipping information that you have provided. Pack N Fun Collectibles is not liable for any damage that may be caused to your package while your shipment is in transit.

Once an order is shipped, we will contact you with your tracking information via discord, TikTok, or email. You may automatically receive an email regarding tracking if one was given for tracking purposes.

Any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for orders include any applicable sales tax based on your destination within Canada. Provincial taxes are already reflected in the product prices for Canadian customers.

Pack N Fun Collectibles is not responsible for products that may get lost or damaged during shipping.

All products sold by Pack N Fun Collectibles are final sale and as such, no returns will be accepted. Since products are opened live on stream, refunds will not be given. In the event a customer requests and refund, as long as the product is not opened, a refund can be issued minus any fees that were incurred through the payment process.
